Get ready to return to the sun-kissed Greek island of Kalokairi and enjoy one the biggest blockbusters on 21st century so far – Mamma Mia!
This infectious, hilarious musical, inspired by the timeless pop music of ABBA will be showing on the big screen on 30 September. Come along with your friends and join in with gold-plated classics like “Waterloo”, “Mamma Mia”, “Winner Takes it All”, “Dancing Queen”, “Take a Chance On Me”, and so many more.
Twenty year old bride-to-be Sophie Sheridan discovers in her mother’s diary that one of three teenage holiday romances – Sam, Harry or Bill – might be her father. She dreams on having her father walking with her to the altar on her wedding with Sky, so she invites the three men to her wedding pretending to be her mother Donna believing she will immediately recognise her father in the trio of guests. Donna owns a simple hotel in the island and used to sing with her friends Rosie and Tanya in their band Donna and the Dynamos, who also arrive for the wedding. There’s going to be laughter, tears, romance and just a bit of magic in the next few days!
