In a nursing Home in Tennessee in 1986, Cora’s two children, Lillian, and Buddy her boorish brother are worried about their inheritance when their mother Cora falls in love with another resident, Ellis. Ellis has a son Finley, a natty, careful lawyer who is similarly concerned. Whose side is Matron on? Will true love flourish?
